Staveature combines multiple previous ventures and existing companies into one umbrella company that offers total guest, artists and crew facing operations and support for all forms of festival and live event.
We bring together a wealth of experience and personalities and a host of employees from all over the industry as well as curating our amazing pool of highly talented, vetted freelancers.
We specialise in all things people on the ground and customer service for live events. We offer bar and hospitality management, artist liaison adcancing and production support, accreditation ticketing and entry services, stewarding and guest and volunteer management, licencing DPS and compliance services and VIP services.
We are highly experienced in all of the above areas and purely focus on these key areas to ensure our service is top notch and makes us the best in the industry.

Meet the Owner
Matt the Viking
Ever since my first job in a local pub 20 years ago, I have had a love of the licensed trade and bar management. In that time I have been fortunate enough to run bars at some of the country’s best stadiums, sporting events and festivals. I’ve also had the privilege of looking after several bars in Cardiff. I’ve met many fantastic people along the way and worked at some amazing events. I look forward to continuing to do so with Viking Staffing and Events.
